Nathan came out on an emergency call and was absolutely fantastic. He was kind, professional, and courteous from the moment he arrived. He quickly identified the issue and had everything fixed in no time. Thank you, Nathan, for your excellent service and for getting our power issue resolved so quickly. We truly appreciate it!

Utility dept had to disconnect my power due to a bent power mast/loose wiring from recent storm. The guys at Platinum Electric had me back up and running the same day. Jamie helped coordinate/guide me through getting the power back on within a couple hours. It was a stressful time(utility dept kind of tell you tough luck when its on your property) and Jamie was calm/cool/collected which I really appreciated. Jamie even called and coordinated with the utility department to come back out. His Tech/installer Matt was an absolute pro, he was in and out for a job I thought would take all day. I'll be calling these guys for anything I need in the future

They were able to get me in the same day. Super friendly staff and got me up and running quick. $225 start for a service call feels a bit steep but the quality and quickness of service is worth it. Highly recommend!

We had Platinum Electric come out to handle a handful of projects in our century home. Zach and Dillon were undaunted by the challenges of an older home, worked hard and were personable and pleasant throughout the day. Very happy with their work and professionalism.
